Ghana Tax Readiness System
Map what may apply, test the controls behind compliance, strengthen weak areas and move from a generic checklist to a practical next action.
An MSL Business School legal research resource from TaxLawGH. Research design and methodology led by Michael Siaw Larbi.
Build your Ghana tax readiness picture
Start with the obligation map. The system will carry a compact progress summary into the readiness check and knowledge challenge.
One connected journey
Each resource now produces an output that improves the next one. You can use any tool independently, but the strongest route moves from scope to controls to learning and then back to action.
Map
Describe your role, lifecycle stage, activities and immediate objective.
Build the obligation map →Assess
Rate 18 controls across six operational domains and identify evidence gaps.
Run the readiness check →Learn
Choose a topic and level, answer a 10-question round, and review every explanation.
Start a knowledge round →Act
Work through the highest-priority action, gather its evidence and revisit the system when facts change.
Open research search →Frequently asked questions
What is saved between the four tools?
Only a compact progress summary is saved in this browser: the latest obligation map, readiness result and knowledge score. TaxLawGH does not receive those answers.
Does the system determine whether tax is payable?
No. It helps structure research, operational controls and learning. The actual facts, period and governing law must still be examined.
Is a readiness result a compliance certificate?
No. It is an educational self-assessment and does not query GRA records, verify a filing or certify compliance.
